About Dr. Fazel, Scottsdale Cosmetic Dentist Dr. Abbas Fazel is a 1977 graduate of the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in England. He practiced general and cosmetic dentistry in London for eight years before moving to Arizona, where he has maintained a successful practice in Scottsdale since 1987. Dr. Fazel offers general dentistry services, and particularly enjoys performing restorative and cosmetic dentistry procedures, including all-ceramic crowns, bridges, laminate veneers and dental implants It is no secret that fear is the primary reason people avoid dental appointments.
